Account Creation and Management

To access VidSeedance's full suite of AI generation tools, including our Seedance 2.0 video generator and AI image creator, you must create an account. Your account is for personal use only and may not be shared with others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

User Content and AI Generation

When using VidSeedance's AI tools, you retain ownership of content you upload (images, text prompts, videos). By submitting content to our AI video generator or image creator, you grant us a license to process and display your content solely to provide the requested services.

Our AI services include:

• Text to Video: Convert text descriptions into videos using Seedance 2.0 and other AI models
• Image to Video: Transform static images into dynamic video content
• Text to Image: Generate AI images from text prompts
• Image to Image: Modify and transform images using AI
• Video Effects: Apply AI-powered effects to enhance your videos

You represent that you own all rights to the content you submit or have obtained necessary permissions. You agree not to upload content that violates laws or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property Rights

VidSeedance, including its name, logo, website design, AI technology, and all related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without explicit written permission.

Generated content rights: You own the AI-generated videos and images created through your account, subject to these terms and applicable law. However, you must ensure your use of our AI generation tools does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.

Prohibited Content and Activities

When using VidSeedance's AI video generator and image tools, you agree NOT to create content that includes:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, or pornographic material
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that promotes discrimination
• Violence, terrorism, or content encouraging self-harm
• Illegal activities or criminal behavior
• Intellectual property infringement (copyrights, trademarks)
• False or misleading information

We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these guidelines. Repeated violations may result in permanent banning from VidSeedance.

Payment, Credits, and Refunds

VidSeedance operates on a credit-based system. Each AI generation (video or image) consumes credits based on the model, duration, and quality settings. Credits can be purchased through our secure payment portal.

Refund Policy: We offer full refunds within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used. Once credits are used, they are non-refundable. For billing disputes, contact [email protected].

Credit Pricing: Pricing varies by AI model and generation parameters. Please refer to our Pricing page for detailed information on credit costs for text to video, image to video, and image generation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

VidSeedance's AI generation tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high-quality output, we cannot guarantee that every AI-generated video or image will meet your expectations.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of our AI video generator, image creator, or any service interruptions. Technical issues may occur, and generation times may vary based on server load and model complexity.

Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VidSeedance at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may cancel your account by emailing [email protected].

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Shenzhen, China. Any disputes arising from your use of VidSeedance shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
